• Return the item to us, preferably with your proof of purchase, for an exchange or refund.

• Please note that electrical products and items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange without the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• Kindly be aware that delivery fees will be forfeited upon order cancellation, and no refund will be provided.

If you’ve changed your mind before receiving your order delivery notification message, simply give us a call to cancel the order, and we’ll promptly process a refund for you. However, there are a few instances where returns are not permitted:
